Team Magtech Contingency Rewards Program:
Team Magtech offers generous merchandise rewards for competitive shooters who successfully use Magtech ammunition and reloading components in major shooting competitions throughout the U.S.A.

Most of the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) National Championship series, the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) National Championship, and several other premier shooting events are included. Team Magtech Contingency Rewards Program, General Rules & Guidelines

1. Shooters interested in participating in the Contingency Rewards Program must be registered with Magtech Ammunition Company, Inc. Registration forms are available online (right column) or by contacting Magtech by phone. The registration form must have been completed and returned to Magtech prior to the date of the shooter’s qualifying performance. A one-time $20.00 processing fee per shooter for the Team Magtech Contingency Rewards Program will automatically be deducted from your first contingency payment.
2. Shooters must use quality Magtech factory ammunition or Magtech ammunition components during the entire tournament to qualify for Contingency Rewards Program.
3. Shooters who have registered for the Contingency Rewards Program will be eligible to receive a significant price discount on all of Magtech’s extensive product line. Magtech offers 25% off our suggested retail price to registered shooters. Due to the fact that Magtech always protects their distributors and dealers, quantities will be limited per year and per shooter.
4. During the entire Qualified Event, shooters must agree to wear a Magtech-provided shirt and a Magtech-provided hat, or to have an approved Magtech logo added to their shooting uniforms in a prominent location. Magtech will supply the artwork; it will be the shooter’s responsibility to have the logo either silk screened or embroidered on the uniform. Logo patches are also available from Magtech for application to shooting apparel. Registered competitors are required to give equal or greater back-of-body billing to Team Magtech during the event.
5. Shooters conduct at events must always be professional both on and off the course.
6. The Qualifying Event must have 175 or more shooters and the division/class must have 10 or more shooters. Magtech reserves the right to approve or deny any given match/event. Magtech Contingency Rewards can only be earned by participating in shooting events that are listed in Magtech's Qualified Events listing (right column). Submission of a falsified shooter Registration Form or Event Claim Form will result in suspension or termination from the Team Magtech Contingency Rewards Program.
7. All rewards will be merchandise-only (no cash) valued at retail price and must be claimed directly from Magtech rather than from a Magtech dealer or distributor. Contingency rewards will only be paid to shooters with a valid U.S. social security number, a valid U.S. mailing address and a completed W-9 form. For tax purposes, rewards will be reported to all participants at year-end. Any and all federal, state, or local taxes are the responsibility of the participant. 1099 Forms will be issued where applicable.
8. Magtech will retain the right to use the shooter’s name and likeness in advertising materials. Please mail or email a quality picture (negatives and hi-res digital preferred) of the shooter and trophy for use in advertising materials. Action pictures featuring the shooter with the Magtech logo are requested for use in Magtech Marketing Materials.
9. All Rewards claims must be received by Magtech no later than thirty (30) days after the match. Please send in the following documents via U.S. registered mail to the address below:
   a. An official Magtech Event Claim Form
   b. Shooting photos as requested in item 8 above.
   c. Copy of the match results.
   d. No payment will be made until complete "official" match results are received and approved by Magtech Ammunition Company, Inc.

Magtech reserves the right in it's sole discretion to amend or cancel this Rewards Program, to add or subtract qualifying products, and to raise or lower the amount of contingency rewards at any time for any reason. The decisions of Magtech shall be binding and final on all matters relating to the entire Team Magtech program, including, but not limited to the Contingency Rewards Program. This entire program is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All Team Magtech program elements, interpretation of rules, and substitution, modification or withdrawal of any program element are at the sole discretion of Magtech Ammunition Company, Inc. Interpretation of rules by Magtech Ammunition Company, Inc. is final.
