I shot 500 rounds of Magtech 40B at the range without any problem on my PX4 storm. This brand feeds great, fires clean, and cheaper than other big name brands.

For some strange reason, in my course of (admittedly amateur) shooting, I've gravitated toward the .40 caliber. Just seems like when I've had to rent a pistol, .40 was what was available. That said, I feel much more comfortable with lighter, faster loads, and the Magtech SCHPs have been spot on, every time. Cheap range ammo is great for having something to pull a trigger on, but I know with these, where i point is where the bullet goes. I hope i never have to , but if it comes to pointing at something to protect my family- I keep these in my primary mag.

I'm an instructor for Federal Law Enforcement and the quality of the ammunition we have to use is pretty poor. We shoot MILSPEC ammo, which means it's designed to fire every time you pull the trigger. There is no consideration for accuracy, stopping power or muzzle velocity. Due to this, firing 50 rounds will dirty your gun like 1000 rounds of a premium ammo. Why do I say this? Because it was a delight to shoot these rounds and not have to scrub my gun afterwards to get it ready for the next day at the range. These rounds loaded very smoothly and were extremely accurate. This would be a great round for your personal defensive weapon, though the price is a little high to shoot every day on the range. I'd fire a few to make sure they work with your weapon, then keep the rest for when your life is on the line.

Used it at the range in 3 different pistols. I've gone through 300 rounds with no issues. Would buy again!

I have used roughly 2,000 rounds of this 45ACP ammo from Magtech, and have not had any misfires. I use it primarily for IDPA matches and target practice. There is no magic in anyone's gun powder. FPS and bullet weight are what matter. The rounds are not dirty, are very consistent, and they feed well in my Kimber 1911. An added bonus is that the empty cases are excellent brass for reloading.

I purchased a case of this ammo and will do it again. I attended a defensive pistol course in which we fired approximately 300 rounds over 2 days. This ammo functioned flawlessly. I had one jam and it was due to dry slides on my Kimber Ultra CDP II. Stopped to lube the heck out of it and continued without further incident. No faults from the ammo. Not as dirty as some claim, similar to many other manufacturers. During night fire, it seemed to have a lower muzzle flash than other ammo class attendants fired.

Like the title reads, this is the only ammo my wife will put in her Bersa 380. She's shot well over a thousand rounds without issue. She tried S&B, Fiocchi, Remington and Winchester and never got past the first box. She always comes back to her "old reliable" Magtech.

I have ran ALOT of ammo of many different calibers through many different brands of firearms. All the times that I have used Magtech ammo, I have never had a malfunction. I have had FTF's FTE's SP's and Misfires with Remington / Rem UMC, Win WB, Blazer, Speer. You get the picture. This stuff has proven itself to "ME" at least. It runs "fairly" clean and the price is right. Accuracy is right where you would expect it to be (its target ammo) which is just fine. If your weapon doesn't like this ammo, I would suggest looking at your weapon before blaming the ammo. Also, these are very clean and polished to a beautiful Shine! they don't only function well, but they look good too. Not too sure about their Self Defense/ JHP loads but their FMJ/Target stuff is right on.

These shoot great! Very smooth feed & noticeably less recoil force. I'd almost use the phrase buttery to describe their action. The price is the only draw back....my wife & I always want to practice with what we carry. That becomes a bit pricey at a buck thirty a pop...but for reliability and that assured feeling of critical performance, this ammunition is the way to go.

This is a great bullet!!! I shoot these rounds in my Taurus model 66 .357 revolver and my Marlin 1894c lever action rifle. With my Handgun I hit 5 out of 7 head shots at 50 feet. With my Rifle I'm hitting bowling pin at 100 yards all day long though iron sights. Good groups and the bullet loads and unloads very smooth. Plus the boom of the shot is loud and very intimidating. Very Good Stuff...

I had the (expensive) habit of using Federal ammunition, but the Magtech ammo is no different, fires cleanly, and after my first 100 rounds in the Glock 22, it jammed not once. Very high-quality ammo at a very reasonable price. I WILL be buying this same order in the future.

I bought two cases of this ammo (2,000 rounds) and I've gone through 600 so far without a single problem. Feeds great, fires every time, and much cleaner than comparable ammo like Remington. I did a side-by-side test of this ammo, Remington, S&B, Winchester, and Fiocchi, and the Magtech was the best performer

I'm impressed with this bullet in my Glock 27; this is reliable ammo in any situation, at the range or not. Although I have a bit to go of the thousand rounds, no misfires, issues, or faults thus far. An excellent range round! If any changes or surprises occur, I will return to report it here.

I have fired over 1,400 rounds of Mag Tech in 9x19 through my Glock family of 9mm pistols. I have used it for IDPA and training purposes. I have never had a single failure of any sort with this ammo. For the price it is tough to beat and it always seems to be in stock. This ammo is as reliable as American Eagle and a few bucks cheaper always a good thing in my book. Again you cant beat LuckyGunner when it comes to shipping and availability.

This is good stuff. Between my wife and myself we have fired over 500 rounds through our HK P30. Wife was having some jam issues but this was not the ammo, she was not locking her wrists well enough allowing the gun to ride up after her shot. After correcting that she never had a jam again. Will buy this ammo again to use in the P30 and my new Glock 26.

I shot these for the first time today and was very impressed. They seemed to fire cleaner as evidenced by the powder residue left when I cleaned my gun. I had been shooting Remington 158 gr LRN but these are more than twice as expensive and the results were similar. Very happy with the price, quality, and speedy delivery. I will definitely buy more.

I've shot several boxes of factory loaded Magtech 45acp. When reloading Magtech brass along with other brands of brass I've found that the Magtech is far better than other long time brand names. The cases just have a "look" about them that look like they were machined from a bar stock rather than drawn. The primer flash holes look drilled and smooth rather than punched with jagged burrs inside the case as with the leading brands. The wall thickness is consistent from case to case. I've had some other brands that the bullet would push into the case with finger pressure after being sized (wall thickness to thin). I'm ordering a few hundred new Magtech cases!
